I was just going to suggest Shirley Barber - good taste My favourite was the one about the tooth fairy. I was by no means a girly-girl, I would have intentionally avoided most fairy books but they were just SO beautiful!

I still have some of the old calendars and colouring books packed away in a box somewhere! I LOVE Shirley Barber. She's my go-to fairy artist.

I remember reading the most beautiful stories about fairies when I was primary school aged. They were a series of them from the same author and they were the most beautiful illustrations. I've looked on Google and in book stores and I can't find them anywhere. I can't remember what they are called or the author.

I hoping someone on here will know because they were extremely popular when I was in primary school in the 90's.

My 3yr old is really into fairies and I want to buy her the books for Xmas!

I am sooooo old lol. I thought it must have been a typo when you said you were in primary school in the 90s . I spent most of the 90s in pubs watching bands
