The bugaboo bee is light weight (no basinette but has a cocoon).

There is another one I will find a link extremely light weight.

Or you have the origami not sure if if that can face you or how heavy but it folds itself!

I have back problems, went for the Cameleon. Think it's just under 10kgs but baby can face you & you can clip the car seat onto it (I don't want to wake a sleeping baby!). Also considered the Baby Jigger range, very light, a breeze to push & easy to fold, just weren't quite what I was looking for.

thanks all. i've found the bugaboos are tricky to operate (one's brake system nearly broke my thumb!!) and the price is too too much :/ the baby joggers too heavy generally too.

Have you actually lifted the city mini tho? Its lighter than the bee. The combi prams i found my baby got too big for it quickly. Unless u go for a maclaren quest.

We bought a Steelcraft travel system where the infant seat clips to the pram. The pram itself is easy to put down and is only around 7 Kgs. With the infant seat in, DS was facing us. Our only problem was he decided to have a massive growth spurt and outgrew the infant seat at 12 weeks, when I was planning on using it for at least 6 months. He's a lot bigger than his sisters were at the same age.

I have a steelcraft agile. Boughtit because it's very light, 7kgs I think. It folds with the press of one button and then you lift it. My DH has a bad back and hes never had an issue with it, im also very short and not very strong so this was our pick. You can use it from birth either with bub in the pram or with the capsule. Which is light too. But only when bub is in the capsule does it face you. If bub/toddleris in the pram you can't make it face you. It's also quite affordable.

The baby jogger is 7 kg and folds up by pulling a handle in the middle of the seat with one hand. So light & so easy to pack up, takes me 10 seconds to chuck in the boot of my car!
