    I had horrible reflux (no pain, just everything trying to come back up my throat - threw up occasionally) for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. I used milk, gaviscon & quickease to no avail until an ob told me to go to a pharmacy & ask for ranitidine. Absolute godsend, even if it was only for the 5 days before DD was born. I only wish someone had told me about it earlier!

    Fruit tingles help me - I gag too much with the proper stuff that alkalizes stomach acid.
