    Why not?
I'm a firm believer in giving something a miss for a while, to exercise your willpower muscle.

Maybe because I'm really, really stubborn but, I consider my willpower muscle very strong!

I think there has to be a trade off though.
If you drink pepsi, you'll have to have a consequence. Usually keeps me in-line.
That and 'Catholic guilt' (can I say that here? If not please take that out mods).
What the heck is with that anyway?

You know that is a really good idea. Now to think of a consequence if I cave again and have a Pepsi Max..

I've never heard of the c-guilt term before, make work wonders though lol

A consequence is a good idea, maybe adding an additional day to your challenge or if you drink Pepsi, only being allowed to drink water for the next 5 days (no tea, coffee, juice etc)

How you feeling about it? Are you even hanging out for chocolate?
I'm proud to say I'm at day 5 of no Pepsi Max. Had wisdom tooth out today so I'm certain I'll make a whole week woohoo

I love how supportive everyone is being, my boss usually buys me candles and chocolate for Christmas but this year gave me a gift voucher so as not to tempt me :-) and a supplier gave me chocolates yesterday so hubby has promised to eat them quietly and quickly so they're out of the house soon lol!!

I slipped up on Friday :-( I was out at lunch with mum and 2 of my aunties for Aunty #1's bday. Aunty #2 bought us all a slice of "caramel sin" cake which I thought would be some kind of caramel cake with maybe heaps of cream or something. Instead, it's chocolate mud cake with caramel in the middle and chocolate and caramel ganache on top. I felt bad not eating any when she'd bought a whole individual slice for me so I had a few bites of the cake and ate the vanilla ice cream that came with it. I thought preserving her feelings and being grateful was more important than an online challenge. I haven't slipped up again since though! :-)
