Sorry for lack of personals. The thread is moving so fast.

KJ glad the bleeding has stopped. Hopefully things have settled now that you're off medication. I have got foils in my hair throughout my pregnancies. The colour isn't touching your scalp so is safe. I agree - maternity shopping here is woeful. Try Topshop Online or Next. H&M are great too but unfortunately don't deliver to Oz (I don't think).

Great scan pics everyone and best of luck to those with scans this week

AFM nothing much to report. I am feeling more movement now at 23 weeks even with the anterior placenta. Feeling great but am definitely feeling the extra weight. I've had to slow down a bit. Hard with a toddler who is a dasher!

Arlais, Bedlover and LittleMissMagic thanks re the dyeing of the hair, I just got paranoid with it all.....my roots are over a inch long due to me not daring to have it done so I've booked in now before xmas, can't wait!!!

LittleMissMagic - I didn't think about Next my friends still a English bank account and I was going to go on the winter sale for baby clothes in the UK with our baby been due in June so think I will get some maternity wear too (find it cheaper to shop on the UK website still than the Oz one). I haven't felt any movement since the one flutter I can't wait for this to happen I have a anterior placenta too so good to know movement can still be felt.

ABH & October. I'm heading to Bon jovi tues night also. Can't wait.

KJ. I'm doing my regrowth this week. It's ok as long as you use non ammonia dyes. Foils are usually off the scalp anyway. If you are concerned ask your OB. But skin won't absorb enough to be harmful. I totally agree with u on the maternity clothes out there!

Congrats Ngaiz on the movements!!! Heartburn is irritating, I've had that one on and off for a while. Worst when you can't sleep.

Oh I forgot to mention that my placenta is at the front as well. How strange that there are so many of us with anterior placentas. I didn't have this with my DS so it will be interesting to c if it makes any difference. Is there anything to worry about because its on the front?

No worry with anterior placenta - I had it with DS, posterior this time round. Only time they get concerned is when the placenta is low as it can block the cervix and prevent bub coming out.

The placenta forms from the spot where implantation occurs so I guess 50% should be at the front (anterior) and 50% at the back (posterior)! It is just luck, and for us IVFers we are all just thankful for implantation full stop!

Thanks bedlover. The dr didnt seemed worried by it, so i figured it wasnt something for me to rush on & google. Glad you already went though normal pregnancy with your DS. Definitely happy for sticky implantation! it's still so amazing to think that all our miracle babies were all swimming around in Petrie dishes only a few months ago. So thankful.
