Garlic/salt/pepper to taste
I par boil chunky cubed potatoes then drizzle with oil sometimes garlic salt pepper and finish them off in the oven.
Pop prosciutto in the oven as well.
Allow everything to cool slightly then shred prosciutto and mix with potatoes and table spoon if sour cream. Load into the bowl then dollop the rest of the sour cream on too and sprinkle chives over
