    Potatoes, cooked bacon and onion, boiled eggs chopped, mayo with a little bit of wholegrain mustard mixed into it.

    I take the skin off my potatoes (not every one does, personal choice), spring onions, boiled eggs, the dreaded gherkin/pickles, a bit of white vinegar and Heinz salad cream and some best mayonnaise. Yummo.

    -potatos, skin on, cooked & cubed
    -fried garlic
    -fried bacon (depending on who's eating it)
    -mayo/sour cream/plain yoghurt/kraft potato salad dressing... depending what we have
    -mustard
    -fresh herbs (depends what we have...usually garlic chives or parsley)
    -lemon juice
    -black pepper

    Think that's it.

    I have used tartare sauce when desperate as I ran out of mayo and it was delicious!

    Finely chopped red onion
    small diced red and green cap
    Crispy fried bacon
    HOMEMADE mayo
    Fresh basil and parsley.

    I also boil the potatoes with their skin on and cut them chunky!!
