Default Is it normal for cluster feeding?

Just in the last two days my 4 week old DD has started getting really fussy in the evenings.
She doesn't know what she wants, she is on the boob, off the boob, on, off and all the while really irritable.
I thought it's cluster feeding but 3/4 of the time she isn't actually feeding, more comfort suckling- like she does with a dummy (my nipples are killing me!) and falls asleep on the nipple. When you take her off, she wakes and starts all over again. Then she won't sleep and she won't be put down. And she wants back on the boob.
Then overnight she is up every hour to feed, this time she does feed (very briefly) seems satiated but then is awake an hour later and is looking to feed again.
Is it a growth spurt? Would it be my milk supply? I'm taking motilium but during the day and overnight she seems to be getting enough. She definitely has enough wet nappies.
Is this normal? If so, how long does this behaviour generally last?
Any suggestions on what to do with her?

I think this is normal, some babies are more fussy at night time. Hang on in there she should be more settled by 8-10 weeks
