Since we were married, whenever we go on holiday somewhere we buy something to put on the Christmas tree... even if its not particularly Christmassy - so we have among other things a Hello Kitty dressed in a kimono from Japan, a Paddington bear from UK, an elephant from Thailand, a Minnie Mouse (keyring) from Hong Kong Disneyland, a panda from China...

I am thinking that we may have to get a seperate "travel tree" as its getting crowded.

Normally I am quite particular about how much goes on the tree... but with DD more is more anyway!!!
    Aww what a lovely idea!

Here is ours!!! The dog takes the decorations so I have put it on a table between my couches this year, the tinsel has come on & off numerous times, I am not keen, DH wants it on!! We get a new decoration each year of our marriage, so 2 so far - the striped ball for last year just because I liked it and the owl for this year as I have become obsessed with them in 2013 so we have both bought owl items!! :-) merry christmas!!
