Hey Booboo, I did three short cycles with no luck and then did the long down regulation cycle and that worked. The doc said it was to shut down all the follicles properly so when they grew in size it was more uniform so that it was easier then to get more mature eggs, if that makes sense. I haven't heard of elonva sorry.

    Congrats @Rozzie1976 and @Ian0308!!

@Booboo78: All the hormones drive our bodies crazy, doesn't it? I've noticed more bloating after pregnyl shots, so trying to keep weight down prior.

AFM I just found out at a work function yesterday that my boss told a supplier that I am undergoing IVF. The supplier is really nice, but we're not best buds. Ours is a purely work relationship. I just don't understand why my boss would think my personal affairs are appropriate information to share.

Hi everyone and thanks for your answers in regards to not having enough pessaries to get me through to bt.
I did call the clinic and was told that they do it on purpose, they want us to stop taking pessaries a couple of days before the beta bt so that if you get a bfp they can check your hcg and also your progesterone levels. By stoping us a few days before they can tell by the results of the bt whether we need to be put on pessaries or not for the beginning of pregnancy.

Also if anyone else is having headaches like me, I was told it if safe to take panadol in the tww. Just thought I'd share the info.

    Have a nice day.

Booboo I've done 2 short cycles and both got cancelled 1st down reg resulted in a chem but 2nd got me a BFP!! It's frustrating cause its such a long cycle but the FS has more control over your ovaries as it suppresses them completely then they build up from there. Good luck!!
