    Thank you Ladies @Emzy5 @LParis @Omgshoes @Rarah11 @Rozzie1976

One minutes there is blood and the next there isn't, so I don't really know. I've been wearing pads since yesterday and no blood has made it to the pad?! Also the blood has brownish bits and So if it is AF then it's a very light one. But I'm still hoping and just going to wait till Fridays BT! I have come down with a very horrible cold and it gives me the worst headache. I'm not taking anything for it, just going to wait till Friday.

@Emzy5 & @LParis that's wonderful you both met each other, yay for being PUPO! How are you both feeling? and sending you both lots of sticky baby dust

If I was wanting to do acupuncture for future cycles, how do I find a good one? What do I look/ask for?

Babygirl - let's hope it isn't too much to worry about hun, only 2 more day til the BT yay!

Re Acupuncture, just find a good, accredited Acupuncturist. Explain to them the reasons you are going (fertility, IVF, etc etc) and they will treat you accordingly.

I live remotely in QLD and there is only 1 acupuncturist in the whole town so I obviously go to him and is fantastic. Also for my pre Et I went to a lady in Rocky near the clinic (3 hr drive away is our IVF clinic) and I had never met her before, and she was amazing. Dr Google will sort you out just have a look online.

Baby girl - I used Dr Google to check out that they specialised in fertility and IVF but living in Sydney means it's easier - she is great!

Babygirl7 - I was told if I had a cold to take panadol only they said that panadol is better then nothing cause you shouldn't allow ur body temp to rise or it could potentially harm the baby if u were positive so take only panadol not nurofen! And rest up and I hope BT works out for you and the bleeding isn't AF my fingers are crossed.

Rozzie how are you going? BT tomorrow again for us hope our little ones are sticking around I've been on and off the last couple of days feeling nausea and feverish and a bit crampy hopefully it's just my uterus stretching a bit! Scan is booked for 19/12 but just taking one step at a time!

As for all the lovely people whom got BFN hopefully Xmas is lovely for you and your family and the next round of IVF is very kind to you and ur get your BFPs.

Fingers crossed and good luck for all who are still waiting for BTs I hope u all get early Xmas presents.

I have a very good feeling today, I'm sure this is the one for us both Look forward to hearing from you Hun, rest up and enjoy being pampered...I wonder if after meeting today our DH's are thinking of starting their own thread about the challenges of having to deal with their DW's in the TWW Lol they were funny! Take care Hun, looking forward to hearing from you xox

babygirl - I second what lan0308 says. I took panadol probably twice after my ET (so within the first 5 days of ET) as i was a little uncomfortable and at times the cramps were bad (also from starting Crinone I think). But I figured I would rather be comfortable than hurting or suffering as that may hinder bub's chances. So if you feel really unwell, I would be taking some panadol hun.

Emzy - CONGRATS ON BEING PUPO!!! WOOHOOO!! I too have a good feeling about this one lovely. xxx When is your BT?

lan0308 - Heh darl haven't seen you in a while? I've been good thanks babe, feeling quite T I R E D though, that is my main issue atm, just exhausted. Sleeping 10 hours a night and if my DS is content watching a dvd I am nodding off for 10 mins here and there through the arvo as I am stuffed! And my boobs are ENORMOUS! A side effect I do not like!!

I have started exercising again though as I have always been fit and active but through the IVF cycle didn't do much for around 3-4 weeks , just felt too uncomfortable.

I did my first 7km walk this morning early (as it is just too hot through the day) and the walks are no doubt making me more tired!! Feels so good to be doing stuff again though, I have read many places bubs love exercise so will keep it up.

BT tomorrow, can't wait to see where I am at with levels. Will eb another long day til 4pm again!! Did they indicate to you they would take you off your progesterone gradually if tomorrows BT is good??

Rozzie1976 thanks hun, i really don’t know how to feel at the moment. I phoned the FN and she said its ok to take Panadol, so I took some and feel much better. Good luck for BT 2moro hun

Rarah11 thanks hun, I might google some acupuncturist around my area, just incase

Ian0308 thanks hun, I rang my FN and she said its ok to take Panadol, i feel better already. Headache has gone, now im just resting. Also yesterday when I went to the doctors with DF I had the doctor check me over quick and she said I don’t have a temp so that is good. Good luck for BT 2moro hun, and that’s exciting your scan is a few day before xmas, will be a lovely surprise to see.
