I'm about to "accidentally" stab DF with a pen. Or a shiv. Or a broken bottle. Anything, really, atm.

This message is bought to you by my phone and is not part of my post.

DH was on his back snoring, I took away his pillow (usually works but not this time) so I kicked him in the legs until he rolled over lol

Since DH lost a lot of weight a few years ago he rarely does it but it s..ts me to tears.

On the news last night they were talking about a new pillow they are trialling to reduce snoring, it's made by a snorer so hopefully they know what they are doing

My DH snores so badly that most nights we no longer sleep in the same room! Doesn't help that I'm a light sleeper either.

He has been referred by his GP to a sleep disorders clinic as he suspects he may have sleep apnoea.

Dh snores it's so annoying. I wear ear plugs every night . He has tried a spray in the mouth of some stuff and nasal strips.. none work.. interested to hear about that pillow that was on today tonight but it didn't look comfortable.. it's just like tilting the head back so chin up instead of down..
