    Hi ladies
So my *usual cycle* AF was due yesterday, but seeing as I ovulated on CD23, should I be expecting AF in a week? I'm 9DPO today. I've had sore nipples ever since O and are gradually getting more sore, and I've had this weird kind of nausea today, mostly after I eat, like I just feel icky in my tummy? But it comes and goes fairly quickly? And a few cramps and pulls here and there. I feel *different* so I really hope this is our month and there's a tiny little baby hiding in there, but don't know if I should get my hopes up?
Thanks in advance (I'd be SO SO lost without you all)
    xoxo

Yes the blackmores are expensive I was taking cheaper ones till I heard about fish oil and the ones I was taking didnt have it. I really never buy vitamins unless on special unless cheaper ones like folate. Try to time it so I grab a special before I run out. Having said that you can bet that my mother and grandmother never worried about fish oil...8 healthy kids between them so sometimes I have to wonder

Also..I have be taking coq1o...which is painful to buy but probly more recommended for old egg health
