With the vitex the chemist lady and a few other bits I read suggest not taking it after ovulation as it is believed it may cause the uterus to contract...but I did also read some ladies just kept taking it to help with their luteal phase...I must say I was afraid to and the bottle says 1 tab 3 times a day..I dropped to 1 every second day and then none by about 5dpo

As I said it is prob a coincidence and it was time for my cycle to get better after bc...also 3 months its supposed to take to make a difference.,, but I also read plenty of 1 month successes ...most definately good news this end no bloody harm tryin!

There are lots of different information for stopping or continuing vitex. I have also read that stopping at o can cause a drop in your progesterone I think?

Yeh...in my cycle I would have af..then about 2 to 3 days of nothing then spotting right through to what I reckoned was o day or day after so it was really crampin my bd style not to mention literal cramping lol. Mainly because it seemed to me like the first part of my cycle had the issues I couldnt bring myself to take it 2nd half if i didnt need to just in case...not to say I wouldnt have later...not to say that stopping mid cycle is not helpful either...seems like it would naturally be better to do it the whole cycle

It is a herb/plant in tablet or liquid form. It's not recommended if you have normal cycles already. I'll see if I can find a link to the thread that has info about it.
