I can't stop crying. I didn't trust that I could fall pregnant again and I am so angry at myself. I even knew when I fell a couple of weeks ago, I felt it, so I was on such a high until I tested on Christmas Day when I was due and it was negative... Then all the doubts came in and I was so upset and was thinking I must be going through menopause because I was late... So I was pregnant on my wedding day, just like I wanted to be, I just didn't know it...

And I drank every day over Christmas, a maximum of three drinks, but every single day, so I'm really upset with myself for even risking that when I had the potential of being pregnant. I feel like such an idiot - and I can't even start to feel happy because I think I've done this all wrong and it will end in a MMC like last time. Maybe I'm just in shock...
    Congrats. First bfp

I take active b6 but that's what I have to do for my body to function right but iy hasn't lengthened my lp
And if tou dont take b12 they Bs wont work properly because you neee both so get a b complex like becca suggested.

There is no guarantee it will work though.if you are really concerned go talk to your dr maybe he can refer you off to an fs and put you on progesterone if thats an option for you.

    Thompsons tribulous ( chemist)
Mediherb( naturopath) - most chemist now have naturopaths on board

Tribulous is super strong herb all round good for fertility for both men and women
    But boost your progesterone
I have been taking it for 5 months and without us wanting to has increased my lp by 2/3 days ...
I still ovulated on day 14 exactly I was 28 cycle - then last 2 cycles my lp has gone to 30/31 cd

    Good luck
But if your wanting to go herbal first
Go to chemist naturopath or make a consult ( I find consults to be caring and nurturing also and makes you feel pro active and done have to wait 6 months to see one)
