Omg yes! I swear this is the most f*cking annoying thing in the world and I swear this happens to me almost every single time I'm in a que! Why?? I don't understand. I really get the ****s and people seem so oblivious. It's actually quite bizzare. Have people lost all the ability to read social cues?? I really hate my personal space being invaded and now since so few people respect that I just 'accidentally' step backwards into them. Hard. and just like in a car tailgating situation it's their own stupid fault for being too close to begin with.

I know right?! I would be too. I swear people are getting weirder. I can't imagine being comfortable doing that.

When this happens I try to put something in between us like a bag, backpack or stroller.

Ugh, I hate it when people creep up on you in queues! And then breathe down your neck, yucky. I had a lady do it to me in a fish and chip shop last week and not only was she invading my space her daughter who she was holding (who looked about 3) kept kicking me every time they moved closer!

Far out, how incredibly rude! It really does feel like manners and common courtesy aren't so common anymore are they?

The other great place for this is waiting at the Deli. There is a HUUUUUUUGEEEEEEEEEEEE space there but that person has to come and stand on top of me!

This is my biggest pet peeve. How on earth can people feel comfortable standing so close to a complete stranger?! I just don't get it! If I'm with DH in a line I'll make him stand behind me so I don't have to be brushing up against some stranger. Yuck!
