    Default Nursery ideas

I'm looking for some ideas for my DS due in march. I was going nautical/sailor but my glider arrived and the colour is wrong!! I ordered white and it ended up having brown trimming/buttons.

Now I'm stuck for ideas!! I don't want to order another chair as I will just put it in our lounge eventually. I have white furniture too thanks heaps!!

Could you possible put a temporary cover over the chair to suit the nautical theme?

Its got a foot stool too?

Its one of my biggest purchuses (and wanted it to be the 'eye' of the room too).

Or am I making a mountain out of it? Will it still go lol

I reckon you can make it work. Maybe get a nautical cushion to tie the chair in?

I like the chair! But I prefer a minimal look to 'themed' nurseries. Maybe get a couple of older styple pieces that incorporate the brown in, like an anchor or a little ship to go on top of a tallboy or dresser, or a print with some brown in it, to tie it in?

It will definitely still work. You dont want everything to be too matchy matchy.

I agree a cushion could help and some brown accents.

You can definitely make it work. The brown can work, add some rope features to the room like a wall hanging with knots etc, you could add a wooden sailboat and stuff like that, I think it would look great going nautical with white, blue, red, brown
