    Default which dessert??

Im hosting boxing day dinner this year and i cant decide on another dessert

    My menu is this
    HOT
    lemon/herb bbq chook
    Honey/mustard glazed ham
    roast spuds
    honey/almond glazed carrots
    COLD
    garden salad
    broccoli/beet and walnut salad
    DRINKS
    summer punch (no booze)
    DESSERT
    choc pudding with trinkets
    Cream anglaise

Should i make a pav with cream and fruit or a trifle (strawberry)??
Trifle would probably be easier as im already making an anglaise so i can just make extra for the trifle

Do whatever is easiest. Pav is lovely but a but of work and since u already making anglaise makes sense to do a trifle.

I always make my trifle with champagne or sparkling apple jelly (alchol or non). Would work great with strawberries and real anglaise. And u can make day before

Pav. You can make the pav shell in advance too, then just jazz it up on the day.
