If it's a sleep regression then all I've got is this:

    - it will pass
    - it sucks
    - it's not your fault
    - fighting it can make it worse for us, accept, cry, move on
    - it will pass!

my DS hit every friggin sleep regression from 4 months. It awful.

Google askmoxie and sleep regressions, best info there is

And again - it's not your fault.

My dd used to do the same thing buy that was when she was waking at 5am so I didn't mind at all! I'm no expert but how old is your lo and what's your routine like? Hope its just a phase for you also, everything constantly changes anyways

    Wakes 7:30-8
Play time while I make breaky
    Finger foods then some solids
Bottle afterwards and she is ready for sleep!
    Wakes around 10
Play time then same goes we do finger food first then solids because she wasnt sleeping until I upped them.
    Bottle.
    Sleep at 11:30-12
    Awake at 1.
Sleep at 2 sleep at 4:30 then big sleep at 5:30 or 6:30 depends if we have been out.

Everytime she wakes we offer solids? Am I doimg something wrong I find it confusing to write down sorry!!!

You poor thing she sounds abit all over the place and seems like she's only catnapping?
Does she sleep through the night and what time does she go down? No more rollover feeds?
I feed bubs bottle first then 45 mins later give her brekkie though there's nothing at all wrong with you giving het food first as this was also suggested to me...
Have you tried leaving her in cot to resettle and sleep a lil longer, my dd would wake after about 45mims but I would leave her if she was happy babbling and she would go back to sleep most of time making the whole sleep 1.5-2hrs... Hope this makes sense
Also my lo only has breakkie, lunch and tea plus 3bottles and a snack in the arvo or when we are out and about

Monnie24 I take DS outside screen I'm trying to stretch him out for nap. Usually can get another 15-20 min out of him if I show him different things. Something about the fresh air too...
