    Also - there is freecycle and another one called tushare.com which is similar

    If anyone wants to offload old towels, bedding or blankets even cot mattresses my animal rescue group is in desperate need over winter. Also local pounds of course.

    Well I went onto givit and found a young guy in my area in need of stuff . Got him pillows , doona covers , towels , body washes , shampoo soaps etc . I'm broke now but I'm sure he will love sleeping in his nice warm bed with new clean sheets etc .
