Thanks MrserinR, I know its still really early but I am really starting to feel that hope now. Last night when I was reading about the Malaysian Airlines missing plane, I was thinking a)I am glad I was home and it happened after I got home because I don't think I would not have got on the plane and b) my frozens would be left there because I wouldn't get back on a plane to have them transferred.

Now I just pray it all goes to plan and that healthy baby will be born.

Angelmama! You sneaky early tester you! I'm a shocker for that and already have a box of FRER's on my "Cape Town" pile in the bedroom. CONGRATULATIONS!
    Great news!
Please be mindful that a few of us are yet to go on that long flight though... so keeping positive and thinking happy thoughts only!

Air accidents are rare but I have always hated flying and spend my whole time panicking on a plane. I was just speaking from my own fears on traveling and aware that others are traveling soon.

Great news Angelmama. I am also a POAS addict. I started in CT even though it was way too early :-) I got my first double lines the day I landed back home at 11dpo. Wishing you an uneventful and smooth pregnancy.

    Congratulations Angel, fantastic news

Emski: not long now :0 , we leave the 20th too.. Maybe we will cross paths in Singapore ?

Sad Side note: one of the couples on 'that flight' are parents of a work friend.. Just devastating

    Thats awful Blinky
I think we might be on the same flight from Singapore as itinerary says nothing about J'burg only the website did... just SIN-CPT. Do you leave at 1.30am Singapore time?

Yes we are on the same flight! (At least from Singapore to Cape Town )
We thought the same about no stop over in Joburg but apparently it could be a refuel? (Dh family are all in travel ) so we will likely be taken off the plane while they refuel and board again ;(usually about an hour later.)

That sounds about right... it was only 90 min stop off in Jburg on the Singapore website.
we should compare seat numbers lol.

It is just a refuel and you have to stay on the plane. But it goes quickly.

Very sad and devastating about your work friends parents on Malaysian Airlines, that is why I often think we have to live life and enjoy it because we don't know whats going to happen. When my son died I started thinking he lived for those 7 years and touched many people just like the people on Malaysian Airlines.

Life can be terrible cruel and unfair.
