Default Nurse required in Sydney Inner West

Hi we live near Sydney Olympic Park / Newington and our baby came early at 25 weeks. My wife now needs an injection each day for the next 4-6 weeks and she is not confident enough to self administer (or allow me to). Local medical centres or a GP haven't really been an option because usually we will get the injection done at the hospital our daughter is at, but at other times we don't have enough advance warning to book into the medical centre or GP. Therefore we would like to look for a closer local option. Would anyone have any suggestions, maybe a Nurse on here that lives near by? Many thanks.

What about enlisting a community nurse?
I'm an RN but would worry about medico legal aspects of administering an injectable without authority. But I suppose it depends which drug it is.
The community nurse could teach the pair of you to do it so you are both more confident with injecting yourselves.

When you go back to visit bub ask to speak to the social worker, he or she should be able to organize it for you
