Zip lock bags are great for everything, snacks, dirty bibs, keeping feeding spoons etc clean
    take hydrolite
ask when you check in if its possible for them to leave a seat next to you for bubs. Most airlines will oblige if they can. Great to lay bub on for a nap.
get all your clothing washed cheap at a local place and come home with no dirty washing.
    have fun

Take a spare top on the plane with you, guaranteed there will be spilt food or spew at some stage.
I second zip lock bags, and plenty of baby wipes.

I only just found out about blackout muslins! Too late to order one now. Anything I could use instead?

First time I flew long haul with my the 6 month dd I took Velcro dots and used a lightweight scarf as a cover so she could get some sleep in the bassinet whilst the lights were on.

Not sure if you will have the bassinet but might be worth taking some Velcro and something to shield them from the light...

Also it packed single ziplock bags for each nappy change so I didn't have to search through my whole bag for nappies, wipes etc.

Oh and finally don't forget change of clothes for you!

    Good luck!!
