Im 11+4 & ive been having trouble sleeping since about 10 weeks. No matter how tired I am I cant seem to sleep. Some nights im only getting 3 or 4 hrs sleep & then I have to get up for work. A few days ive had a headache and felt exhausted from not sleeping.

Did anyone else have this in first trinester? Im worried its happening so early on. And does anyone know if it can cause any problems for baby? Im getting nervous about my 12 wk scan and worried the lack of sleep will affect it. Anyone know?

I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant and I have had chronic sleep issues all of this pregnancy. The doctors are really concerned as I'm up every hour mostly and not able to get back to sleep, which I'd causing mirgraines

Yep I'm having issues sleeping. I just can't get comfortable & roll around all night. Prior to pregnancy I had ongoing neck issues & these seem to be getting worse now that I'm pregnant so I'm in pain all night - this in turn causes the shoulder I am lying on to hurt & sometimes go all the way down my back & cause lower back pain as well.

I do. I am 35.5 weeks now. Most nights i have about 10 trips to the bathroom. Some nights are worse than others though. The occasional only 3 trip per night if I dont drink any more water after dinner time, but i cant do that too much since we live in the tropics. We also have aircon on as a constant, cant sleep without it at all. About once a week I get one good night when I'm so exhausted and go into a coma. It's also trying to stay on left side to sleep. I try to not lay on my back at all. Inevitably i turn on the right hand side as well. am now placing two pillows between my knees to try to remain on the left side. And also back support seems to be more and more an issue. 4.5 weeks to go

Hi there ... I am almost 30 weeks and would estimate for the last 10 weeks I have trouble going to sleep. Feel like I lay awake for an hour or two trying to go to sleep... yawning.

I've had sleeping issues since day one too, bubs is cooking along nicely so lack of sleep doesn't seem to doing anything to bubs, just making me feel like death warmed up!

Another bad sleeper here. Started having problems early on with both pregnancies, have better days and weeks but on the whole sleeping pretty badly throughout. I can get to sleep initially but then wake up and takes 1 hour+ to get back to sleep. Worse now that I have to pee a few times a night!
