    Default Is the bit between the legs a penis?

    This is my step daughters scan and her partner is convinced its a penis. It is only 13 weeks so too early?

    I was told by the sonographer at that age all fetuses have a phallic like organ so it's pretty much impossible to tell with any degree of accuracy.

    At 13 weeks both boys and girls are extremely swollen down there and girls can looks more like boys at that gestation. So ya never know!

    This is our scan at 13+4. The sonographer said at the start he probably wouldn't be able to tell us the gender, but right at the end something caught his eye and after a thorough check, he is certain its a boy
