Default Help please with ergo carrier question

My dd is almost 10 months, 9kgs and I still wear her in ergo carrier facing me, she prefers this over being on my back and I don't want to wear her on my hip. Is this safe for me to continue wearing her facing me?? Tia

Yes it is, I wore my son on both front and back until he was nearly 2. Depended on what mood he was in, he wasn't a light weight either

I still wear DD on my front at 20mths (she is 11.5kg). I haven't got the knack of puttting her on my back without help but she is certainly still happy enough chest to chest with me

Nope, the hip position in the ergo is where you want them to be!
I still wear my nearly 2 year old in the front if I want to feed her to sleep in it!

I carried my 3 year old on the front a few times when she was upset. It was quite comfy actually, the legs were just a lot longer than when i wear her younger bro.

It's more for your comfort and back support l think, getting them on the back is really tricky... But doable with some practice.
