What happened at the end of tonight's episode, I missed the ending!

The Dad's won and are safe for two eliminations.

Chloe & Kelly had a family emergency and missed out on winning the challenge. They're automatically up for next elimination as their score was 0 for not being there.

But they're not getting a free ride. They have to compete to stay in the competition still, just like all the others. Paul and Blair are the only ones who get a "free ride" as such, but that's because they can actually cook! Don't get me wrong, I can't stand the girls, but Pete did say they were absent for the challenge rather than they had left the competition. If they had missed more than one challenge I would want them to either be booted or in sudden death automatically. What I don't agree with is in the article a pp has linked above it says the girls used their time off to improve their cooking skills or something. That I don't agree with. They shouldn't be able to use their absence to an advantage in a competition.

I agree, that seems like cheating to me... Plus why couldn't Kelly stay behind & watch the competition, it was Chloe's family emergency... But in saying that, how nice was it not to see them last night!!

Anyone else notice Bree says "toffee" the same way she says "Jessie"? Soooo much emphasis on the 'eeeee'.

    Lol that's spot on!

I was really disappointed the mum and daughter left. They were definitely better than Bree and Jessayyy. How many chances do these girls get?

You just knew Pete was going to be the deciding score after his comment after eating the quail dish.

I'm so over the mums and the way she speaks. It's so annoying! I also can't watch without watching for all the little things as know they no longer get on. So insincere.

And yes, a curry can be difficult in balancing the flavours etcetera, but butter chicken??? The quail was a much more technical dish.

The mother-daughter team were stronger cooks by miles. I don't think they got a bad critique did they??
