Tamtam, there are heaps of online places to buy bulk jars. But even BigW have some that are quite good. Reject Shop has them even, but don't know how good?
I was hoping the reject shop might. Just didn't want to head out with baby in tow to the wrong place!! And I'm about to make cake and cupcakes for my dds first birthday!!! Mud cake thermie style.

Oooh, are you able to share how you made the sauce? DD is obsessed with mcmuffins and always declares my homemade versions far inferior..!

You had me at "English muffin".

Is it kept in the fridge? In a jar?

Fridge. In a jar. I bought lemons today to make some. Can't wait.

Sure! I just used the EDC recipe but it had a pathetic amount of lemon juice in it (ie didn't even register on the scales). Also, the butter wasn't cold enough, I don't think, as it was already a little melty when I finished chopping it. So the finished sauce was very thick and rich - barely needed any at all.

Went to the Xmas themed cooking class tonight. It was devine! Brandy cream custard, lychee & lemon sorbet, cucumber soup, herb & garlic pull-apart, watermelon/ginger/strawberry spritzer, cookies, wine jelly, fruitcake, potato salad with a mustard mayo, creamy spinach dip....was all yum yum!
