    Some sort of "fudge"
    BBQ sauce/relish
    Lemon butter/Jam
I'd need about 6 small jars of each...
    Any tips/advice very welcome.
I just made relish, one batch did five small jars! I used this recipe:
    http://thermomixtassieyum.aussieblog...tomato-relish/

I like Tenina's strawberry and vanilla jam, it's so easy! Or there is one on the recipe community called one punnet strawberry jam- super easy! I think it's totally doable!

Yay! I can finally subscribe to a Thermy thread cos I got mine yesterday!

I'm making caramel fudge/something savoury and the thing called Gardener's Hand Cream (or something like that) from the Recipe Community as gifts.

I'm attempting a macaron tower for the table at Christmas. I did a class in making them in the thermie a few months ago, so keep your fingers crossed it works out..

Ha ha, thanks! My first attempt (hollandaise sauce from EDC) was a fail due to lack of lemon juice. I did, however, manage to replicate nearly exactly the cheesy sauce stuff they put on bacon and egg mcmuffins at Macca's, so - win!

Next Tuesday I'm going to a Thermo Christmas themed cooking demo. Anyone else doing that this year?

Tamtam, there are heaps of online places to buy bulk jars. But even BigW have some that are quite good. Reject Shop has them even, but don't know how good?

I got some from Big W- Ball mason jars, and some from a discount store and they are fine so far
