Default Loss of appetite after baby

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this...
DS arrived 5 weeks ago, and this week especially I've completely lost my appetite, I eat because I have to but nothing tastes good and nothing seems to be satisfying.
I'm hungry right now but cannot think of a single thing I'd feel like eating.
Im usually a real guts... so I'm not sure what is going on there...

Are you anxious? Anxiety takes away my appetite, literally nothing is appetising and chewing is a chore.

It could be a sign of anxiety or depression. It could also be a sign of exhaustion. If it continues I suggest speaking to a gp or mchn....

This happened to me too while I was breastfeeding DD. I just didn't feel like eating, even though I was supposed to.

It's the only time in my life I never felt like not eating. lol.

Yep, this happens to me. I am having anxiety lately and when I am anxious I find all food just tastes of 'nothing' and I don't want it. The only bonus has been losing my baby weight really quickly!

Milk supply seems good so hoping it doesn't affect it.
