    Yes it does. Over 20 weeks and/or 400g in Qld or under 20 weeks and under 400g if there are signs of life seen.

    theres nothing on the birth registration paperwork that asks if it's a termination. It's the same paperwork that all new parents get, the hospital just ticks the box about whether the baby was born or alive, the gestation and the birth weight.

    Crossing my fingers the law isn't warped to deny rights to anyone, I do feel for Zoe's family though and know in the same situation I'd want proper justice for my child.

    It's my opinion that anybody who wishes to ban abortion and force women to be incubators is a bit crazy.

    Hey that's my line!

    Plenty I could say about women who treat the life of late term babies flippantly, but I won't because I don't want to confuse things and upset poor women who have had to have late term terminations for severe medical issues.
