    Hi everyone,

hope you all had a great Christmas. I ate waaay too much.

I'm 6 DPO at the moment and symptom spotting big time. If we've conceived this month then my due date will be on my birthday ✨

Your so in the loop MrsT! Very knowledgable young lass heheh. I will look out for my blood colour...FF I think is a bit off the mark. She reckons that I am due for AF tomorrow, but that would mean my cycle day would be 25...seems too short to me. That also means predicted O was too early oh well not bothered really. Just hope she improves her accuracy. Granted, she only had this cycle to predict as it's the first off BC. But still 25 days??

I ovulate every month and for 7 months my flow was so light and only dark brown so not sure how accurate that I found is though. I think mine was like that due to Endo though because since it was removed I had my first normal red flow

i am also on the endo diet. its the hardest diet i have ever done in my whole life! i did it for 6 weeks before conceiving ds so i thought i should do it again and have been on it for the whole of december with the exceptions of a few days.
i was wondering jussi how strictly do you stick to the diet? ive been doing in about 90% but am getting so over it that im tempted to just do it 50%
    Hi Nic,

I am basically sticking to the principles of the diet - gluten free, low fat, low sugar, organic wherever possible, low amounts of red meat etc

over Christmas i let myself have a break, so i ate christmas ham and pudding etc, but generally i am following the diet 100%. Not finding it all that hard except when i want chocolate lol, but to date I have had two myomectomies and I'll be damned if I have to have another one before trying for number 3! so trying to use it as a preventative measure so i don't have to go through all this again. I have noticed a huge difference in symptoms so feeling much better in myself and that is better than eating yummy food haha. Having said that, you just have to find recipes that fit with the diet and it's all good. I love making gluten free zucchini slice and frittatas as I've found they are good for mixing it up from boring salads for lunch etc.

Okay. I've ordered a massive amount of ic opks and hpts. I'm resolving to try try try again and not allow myself to get bogged down in negativity and allow it to stop me trying for what I've always wanted. Here's to a strong resolve for 2014... And BFPs all around!
