Wow, no way! Some loose fitting tops for the next few weeks? When do you have your dating scan? Are you seeing a midwife or Ob?

On the subject of hair. I didn't start colouring my hair until last year so the whole "should I or shouldn't I", isn't a question I've needed to ask myself before. I only get a semi and think that's fine but will check with GP when and if the time comes.

Not sure if this was for me or coco but I'll answer anyway cause I have a dilemma.

As some of you know I found out last year that I was pregnant exactly at this time and we lost that bub. This time everything is eerily similar, down to the fact we are moving again in January and also going down south for a few nights.

I want to go for my dating scan before we go to make things different from last year but I will only be technically 6 weeks, although I ovulated early so more like 6+2. Or I could wait until we get back about 5 days later.

Obviously going before, there is a chance we won't see a heartbeat which would cause a lot of unnecessary stress if it's just too early.

However we are going away with family and it would be so good to go to the scan beforehand and hopefully everything is fine, and we can let them know we are pregnant again. I think being on holiday together it will come out anyway and we really didn't want to say anything until we have the scan. Most people do see a heartbeat in the 6th week, and my gp did say 'anytime after 6 weeks'. Only thing is if it's bad news, we probably won't feel like going away, but we are only going camping for 3 nights....What would you guys do?? Help

As for midwife/ob, I'll be homebirthing again so I will have midwives

I will try to post a pic of my belly it's actually ridiculous! I look 4 months not 4 weeks.

Hope - how was dinner last night? Did the girls love your new cut?

MrsT - wow, you must have gorgeously healthy hair. I'm a wee bit jealous! My hair is sooo fine, it needs a regular cut.

Colbie - sorry hun, yes that was for you If I were you I'd have the scan before you go. You are going away with family so you'll have them for support either way. Xxxxx
