So my AF vibes worked!! She's here but really horrible and heavy. Not going to be a good one I don't think

Mrst I have crazy dreams like that to. DH comes in to say goodbye to me when he leaves for work. Once he came in and woke me and I sat bolt upright and asked him why he's been cheating on me, then started crying and laid down. Didn't remember doing it either but remembered the elaborate dream where he was cheating!! :/

    Thanks hunni xx

    Welcome Stride!

Congrats Coco, that's such exciting news for you both!!! Here's to happy and healthy pregnancy

I love how you told your mum and sis!! We did something similar for DS1. On Christmas Day, we gave my parents a card written from their future grandchild. It did take a while to click. We took a photo of them reading it, the look on their faces is priceless

For DS2, we gave both our mums a small white box each on Mother's Day. Both thinking they were getting jewellery but inside was a peanut and a note with his due date Mum is now very wary of cards and small boxes

Friends of ours announced their news on f/b with a photo of the two of them next to their kitchen oven, with a 'bun' inside

Allie - I LOVE the idea of getting DD to wear a t-shirt!!

Colibe and Shani - arrrgghh the wait for AF somethimes feels like forever!
Hope - when are you coming off bc?

Good luck tomorrow Crafty - having it taken out is easy peasy

Yes, MrsT I agree! I think that's where im at right now. Came off BC in Sept and my cycle is all over the place this month.

Holy sheeeet that's one hell of a craaaaazy dream!!

Melimum - how'd you go at the doctors?

    Wooo.....I've caught up

Wow I miss a few days and I miss A LOT!!

Firstly Congrats Coco!!! Such wonderful news!!!

Secondly not sure who mentioned coming off the pill a few months before TTC, but you're actually most fertile that few first months off BC and lots and lots of people get UTD thinking it will take ages to conceive after being on the pill for so long, I know I did!

    Good Luck all.

Wish I've heard you're more fertile, but also at higher risk of chemical prg or miscarriage because your lining is not thick enough

Fair enough, its advised if you are concerned about lining to wait a month, you're more fertile for a few months after coming off BC so still plenty of time to take advantage

I was on BC for 10 years, came off and started trying second cycle and got pregnant with my DD. I must have eaten a lot of pineapple that month.

Shani it worked for me too, I'm also now on cd1 and very heavy for me too

It came on when DH and I were dtd (sorry tmi) and I just burst into tears lol.

So back to reality..I think we will be ttc around mid next year. DH wants to wait until we buy a house. Practical but gosh that seems like forever

One of my work friends had been on BC, came off it and fell pregnant the next month after with her now 3 year old son My dr once warned me and lectured me on how the first few months coming off the pill means higher risk of pregnancy etc. At the end of the conversation I told him I would tell my gf to be super careful lol.

Colbie - hopefully time goes really fast. It will get here sooner than you think

Two girls, one dream and baby you are it!
