It's not really a secret shame, but I'll share anyway. I don't have sugar in my diet at all. I'm not a very big sweet tooth either, preferring savoury food every time over sweet. But once every couple of months, right before my period I go a bit nuts and it always goes down one way. I get this stupid craving for cake, so I buy a whole one and go sit in the car and take bites out of it and then throw it out. I seriously can't help myself nor wait till I get home to do it. Ive been caught out by people walking past a couple of times and wonder what they think when they see this woman sitting in her car shoving cake into her face.

It's truly the most satisfying thing ever in that moment!

I'm eating a frozen brownie right now. Was to lazy / desperate to eat it to wait for it to defrost.... Why didn't I think to do this earlier? It's delicious!!!!!!!

What makes it better is that it's daycare day and I can eat the whole thing in peace without sharing bahahaha

This reminded me. When we cook plain chicken breats in the George Foreman grill there's this orangey brown stuff that sticks to the grill afterwards. It's not the fat runoff into the tray, I have no idea what it it but I pick it off and eat it. Mmmmm.
