This thread has now made me queasy.
When you cook something in the oven with butter in it (like a chicken kiev) and the butter oozes out and cooks on the pan and goes that black colour and crunchy? I love that... I scrape it off with the tongs and eat it. DH is horrified when I do it!

I occasionally like to heat up a can of carnation evaporated milk in a pot on the stovetop and make hot choc with it. Something about it tastes nicer than normal milk.
Sometimes I eat an entire block of chocolate in one sitting..
