Default Speech delay in reflux bubs

    Hi all,

My DD is 20 months old now and doesn't talk much. She says mumum, dadad, nanan and down really well, but her other words up and car a d at are more whispers.

She had silent reflux pretty much from birth, but wasn't diagnosed or medicated (and dairy cut out -she's cows milk protein intolerant) until 4.5 months and didn't really start eating solids /finger food until 10-12 months.

I think these are contributing to her speech delay, but I'm not sure if they are just a coincidence.

She might have a tongue tie. Seems to often be a link between those & reflux symptoms & def a link with speech issues. Hope all is fine & she's not interested yet.
