Yup I'm the same. Up the 1st day of December and down before the 1st of January. I can't wait this year, my sons now of the age where he can be excited for Christmas. I don't know who's more excited.

We watch the Adelaide christmas pageant on TV and put our tree up the same weekend. So our tree went up last Saturday 9th Nov. It will come down the first week of Jan (we are away from 27th Dec - 2nd Jan).

Up on 1st December, down on 26th December. DH birthday is the 27th December and he hates any trace of Christmas around on his birthday.

We always get a real one so it depends when they are available but this year we are going to the Xmas tree farm on the 1st December , it will be big so DH. Usually puts it in its stand and I decorate - we usually take it down when it starts to die - usually mid January

Usually start of December or just after ds's birthday in last week of November. This year it won't go up till 3 days before Christmas cause we're moving house on the 21st.

As soon as DH allows! Usually the closest weekend to the 1st Dec.

I put it up, it's my masterpiece! I also put my parents tree up with my Mum. Carols are an essential part of the process!
