    Question Aqua aerobics pain

    Hi all,

ive been doing aqua for a long time but sometimes (say a third of my classes) I get a really sore belly. I only recently got my first BFP so tonight was my first aqua class while pregnant, and it was one of the hurty ones. I don't think it's a specific exercise that does it because we do the same stuff every week but it doesn't always hurt. I did tell the instructor I'm pregnant (she's the only person other than hubby and I that know now! Lol).

Does anyone else get belly pains at aqua, pregnant or not, and is it ok if I keep going? I've been really crampy anyways (yay stretchy uterus) but it was a different kind of pain.

sometimes after pregnancy aqua aerobics i would get braxton hicks when getting out of the water due to the change in pressure on my tummy. but not until 30+ weeks? Never that painful but definite tightening sensations. and in the water bub would go crazy with kicks, it was awesome. how many weeks are you?

That post was from a while ago, I think I was only about 6-8wks. Bub is here now! Lol. I ended up stopping all my gym classes out of exhaustion anyways.
