    Ok I will roast the Vege and blend up the coriander and mix that through the pasta then add Vege and see how that goes.. might use sesame oil on the veg for extra flavour maybe. Hope this turns out ok!

    Pine nuts would be great in this but I don't have any

    I'm new to using coriander so I blended half a bunch is that too much? Oh no.. haha

    It's a personal thing. It's quite a strong taste for me so I don't use a lot if it. Others may totally disagree with me. Just taste as you go and you'll be fine. I surprise chef all my cooking!! Lol
