I mean when do you start weaning to get off it all, do you have to have bloods or something or do you already have a weaning protocol?

Re taking melatonin, as far as I know REAL melatonin is strictly script only in Australia unlike USA where you can just buy it over the counter... the melatonin here over counter is mostly homeopathic, not real stuff. I'd be careful mixing all these things up though.. esp if pregnant I don't think it would be a good idea to take it. Take magnesium powder instead, it really helps you sleep and is good for you.

Hope you're all well - ChiefsGirl, I remember sootymay had dilemmas about seizen or something, you could ask her if you have any problems with meds again.

oh I'm relieved your dad also gets twitchy on the Pred! I thought I was losing it ha ha. Been crazy hormonal this week and wonder if switch from Dex to Pred to blame! Dex I had more trouble sleeping but no twitchyness. And both make me feel so hungry all the time! i feel like a porker at the mo having "bulked up" on my 'roids'.

My biopsy was done too early so no NK uterine results but my bloods don't seem to indicate a major NK problem. My problem is blood clotting, antiphospholid antibodies and mthfr so maybe the steroids help with that too.

Dr M said continue with Pred n prog pessaries till at least wk14, do another ivig and then do another phone consult to find out what next. Don't think he'll order more bloods so not sure how he decides when to start weaning me off....

Had no more bleeding and burning from prog eased so next scan not for 2wks. Been driving myself potty with fetal Doppler trying to listen to HB but who knows it might be my own I'm hearing! Fingers crossed

Agree on the melatonin - my OB said not to take it during pregnancy.

Good luck Nattie. I hope this is the one for you.

Big hi to everyone else. Been reading along waiting to cycle which will be soon! My local FS has agreed to do intralipids for me even though he doesn't believe in it. So I don't have to go back to Sydney unless I get a BFP and need ivig.

Hope everyone is well. We need lots more bfps here!!!!

    Hi Everyone,

Newbie here, have been watching (and learning) from you for a while!

Did Blood tests, D & C, hysterscopy & Biopsy with Dr M early Feb and went back for all results last week. AMH is good at 22.9 (Im 40) so we're trying naturally as we have pretty much so far.

Will do Intralipids which will "cover" us for 3 months of trying and then IVIG at BFP (assuming we get one!) then he will decide IVIG/Intralipids from then depending on BT results. Progesterone 400mg, Pred 20mg, Clexane 60mg and a lot of crossed fingers!

We have a pretty busy few months so I wont do the Intralipid infusion until late April/Early May. Look forward to getting to know you all!

Does anyone know a ballpark % success rate for Dr M on these boards? Just curious...

I kept taking all of those till I got BFP. Then I was told to stop the DHEA and coq10. On the vits, just check with OB you're not exceeding max daily dose. I still am taking prenatal, Caltrate plus (to counteract clexane), FSH oil, probiotic.
