Thanks everyone for your kind words.

Leebec.. thanks especially for letting me know you're up to the 4th time with Dr M. Maybe I'd banked too much hope that he was going to be the magic cure. I know the stats say something like 80% success rate over two of his protocols, so I will try with him again.

Default FYI for anyone considering trying Neupogen

I was trying to track down Neupogen recently and posted here several times. Neupogen is a drug that they give cancer patients to give them more of the good type of immune cells and is used in fertility for women with implantation problems, HLA matches and reoccurring miscarriages. Your suppose to be on it till week 8. It's very expensive here in Oz but can be sourced cheaper from India. Helen Mac passed on the supplier info and I have just been priced $72 US per vial and total cost to get a box of 10 vials to Australia is about $850. Also I was trying to get it for this cycle but unfortunately it takes awhile for the guy in India to get organised so if anyone's thinking of using it in a cycle it's prob better to start trying to get it 3-4 weeks before your going to use. Apparently Dr M is using it with a lot of his patients. A box of 10 vials on chemists warehouse is about $1400 so it's a decent saving on an expensive drug.

Nihulaine - thank you so much for that information, great to know as there's nothing worse than a wait like that if you need it in a hurry!

MGC Bertie I'm so sorry to hear it was negative. The whole darn fertility journey can be so unfair! Be gentle on yourself and do something nice with your partner. Thinking of you.

Just popping in to give a hug to MCG Bertie. My success with Dr M was second time around, I had a very, very faint positive like you first time. Not sure if you did IVIG this time but that's what I did second time, only needed one, the rest were intralipids.

Also massive Congrats to HelenMac!!! You helped so many starting this thread, about time you joined the graduates :-)

Scruffy... I only did an Intrallipid before EPU. Dr M did say to me that m immune issues were only moderate, so he thought Intrallipid, Clexane and Prednisolone would be fine. But he said, that if that didn't work, then he would do further testing and do something stronger next time. Maybe he's thinking the IVIG?
