Woo hoo Libelle. How absolutely awesome. You must be over the moon.

So sorry that things are looking a bit iffy MGC. I hope things turn around for you in the next few days.

I'm still jabbing my clexane everyday and taking my aspirin. Also in crinone which is not as bad as I thought. My big BT is next Wednesday. Not going to POAS if I can possibly help it. Not feeling anything at the moment so not very confident but we'll see.

Hope everyone else is ok. So hard to do personals on my phone

Can I ask: does anybody know, if trying to conceive naturally, how many days prior to ovulation should an IVIG infusion be administered?

IVIg should be given 7-10 days before transfer so i would say on day 8 of your cycle... Best of luck

Hey everyone, have been missing in action for a while but reading along! Congratz Libelle, that is so wonderful, really happy for you!

I emailed Dr Sher in the US last night about my NK uterine cells and his opinion and he wanted to know if they were activated NK cells - I told him they were CD57+ but that didn't mean much to him… he said I should have a test called K-562 target cell test and he wasn't sure if it was available in Australia deary me! Does anyone know if Dr M tested them for uterine ACTIVATED NK cells at all with the biopsy??? I had my biopsy with Genea and am wondering if it got left out or if we can't do it in Oz? What do you reckon?
All the best to everyone cycling, will be checking up on how you're doing!

So much good news on here - its lovely to read and gives us all hope. Enjoy!

I still cant work out how it is Xmas in a few weeks... how did that happen? I think because we were in Cape Town for 3 weeks, its crept up so quick. The same will be for you with Xmas in the middle!

    AFM
I've had a bit of scare recently, where my CA125 levels are through the roof. Its a tumor marker test (ovarian cancer) BUT... it could be anything too. Normally my level over the past 3 years has been sitting around 100 (which is still very high) but it can be lots of things.. endo etc.
I think its been brought on by IVF, but obviously I cant be sure. I originally got tested because I had really painful r/hand ovary pain on the 2nd day of my period a few years ago, and then it would disappear (not every period, just some, maybe 3-4 times over 2-3 years). The pain was that bad, that nurofen wouldn't even numb it, so that's why I originally asked the GP and I guess that was how I ended up finding out my CA125 is so high. Its a test that can detect lots of things, and there is no sure test for o/cancer - so, it really is a process of elimination. But, not what I need right now!!

This time, my reading is 489 - and the GP referred me to a gyny/cancer specialist. Theres nothing in our family, but hes organised more bloods (waiting on results to come back) and an MRI - next w/end. He said he wouldn't recommend any ED Cycles until we get to the bottom of it.

Deep down I'm worried, and even more worried if we ever got told to stop. I trust this isn't going to be the case... and hopefully its just a reaction to all the drugs I was on. I asked Dr M if he thought the immune treatment affected it - he said no.

I know you ladies are VERY educated on lots of things, and I know am in the best hands with this specialise - he is amazing. Very thorough, takes his time and nice nice man. If you've ever had this I'd love to hear from you.

I best be off, as am at work... and of course shouldn't be on here !!
