No, I didn't. But I tend to give those pesky birds a pretty wide berth, too!

So many beautiful shots. I can't wait to upload some of my new digs in the country soon, as well...

our old backyard.... 3 km from the CBD but felt
a million miles away... Sadly we moved a couple of weeks ago to a 2 bedroom apartment with no backyard
However we have the river on our doorstep and a gorgeous boardwalk where the kids can ride their scooters and bikes so it's not all bad... Took this pic last week..

    This thread has beautiful pics.

This is obviously from Sydney which is an hour away but it makes me happy when we go to the zoo.

The other is in my grandparents backyard which I love visiting. We usually see them at least twice a week as they live across the road and DS1 loves playing in their big backyard. This is him pretending to fish in the pond when he was 2.

Just wanted to add some more - sorry for picture spam!

Kids having a pic-a-nic on the "mountain" in the chook yard. Bonus points if you spot the little elf with the chooks.

And this is a special one. This is a community crop for our Hockey Club that my DH organised and planted. People came with their headers and trucks and chaser bins to get the crop off. So cool.
