Congratulations to you and your DP. Beautiful story, and Toby is the cutest! Makes me very clucky for another boy (and I already have two! lol).
I hope your tear doesn't give you too much grief. I found a donut pillow helped with mine and the sauce bottle filled with warm water instead of TP! xx

Congratulations! He is so so gorgeous and you are glowing!

Stitches are awful, are the hospy giving you Metamusil or something along those lines? Lots of fiber my stitches hurt a lot for about 2-3 weeks but it goes so fast

Congrats again to you and DP xx

    Congrats!

If you can get hold of some, Ural is great to reduce the sting of urine on your stitches, and Movicol makes your first bowel movement a lot softer. Prunes are also good. It takes about 2 weeks for the stitches to feel somewhat better, and another week to feel much better, but you'll get there!

Enjoy him - it all goes by in a flash!

If your downstairs is sore and ice packs don't cut it, I used a numbing cream called Xylocain (sp?) on my tears and grazes. Made toilet trips a lot easier! OTC at the chemist - about $25 for a tube from memory, but oh so worth it!
Yep xylocaine is the drug name, Emla cream is the trade name, it's not cheap but it numbs like no other!
