Default Research help: Alcohol and relationships

Have you ever felt afraid when your current or ex-male partner was drinking?

If you’re a woman over 18 and live in Victoria, we invite you to be part of an important study to help researchers at La Trobe University learn more about alcohol's effect on relationships.

You’ll take part in a 1 hour confidential interview at a location of your choice or in Melbourne's CBD. We will reimburse you for all parking and travel costs up to $20.

To find out more about the study, please call Ingrid on our confidential recruitment line (03) 9479 8805 (if there's no answer, please leave a message with your name and a good time for Ingrid to call you back for a private chat about the study). Or send an email to wings.study@latrobe.edu.au.

Thank you! Your contribution to this important study is greatly appreciated.

La Trobe University Ethics Approval No. 13-040

Hi, thanks for your query. My study is described in broad terms on the La Trobe website http://www.latrobe.edu.au/mchr/about/students but we don't currently have a dedicated webpage for the study as we're just a little cautious about making things unsafe for women in case a partner was able to discover what the study was about, say by looking on the University website or doing a Google search. I can send you an information sheet with more details about the study if you'd like to drop me an email at wings.study@latrobe.edu.au?
    Kinds regards,
    Ingrid

We now have a website with information about the Study which includes a way to quickly exit the pages. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries http://www.latrobe.edu.au/mchr/resea...-context/wings
Look forward to hearing from you.
