    yep ds wakes as we pull into the garage! DD will still sometimes doze off but as she has gotten older its not much of an issue is she does.
    So it wont be like this forever at least!

    I hate it when this happens! No answers, my DD is exactly the same, wakes the second the car stops. I've tried both versions - putting her in her cot straight away or keeping her up for a play then putting her down when she seems tired.
    Both usually end up disastrous!

    Transition them when theyre in the deepest part of their sleep cycle (usually 5 or 10 mins in). Theyll easily go back down after that I sometimes have to drive for an extra 20 mins until shes in her second cycle before we go home but its worth it!
