    Default prenatal depression

Can't go anywhere else to talk about how i'm feeling.

i'm 13+4 weeks pregnant and have suffered depression since pre-teen. I'm still on anti-depressents but a much lower dose.

For the past few days i've been miserable. Constantly crying and being sad. A lot is emotional reasons and i don't know how to deal with it. I don't want to have this bub and have severe post natal like i did with ds.

i don't know what to do.

You will definatley be at higher risk because of your history but This time round you will be better prepared, recognise the signs early and have a plan in place and the skills to deal with it.

its such a rotten, deliberating illness.... But I'm sure you have learnt heaps from the last time round to help to make it through this time

Just keep reminding yourself that "this too shall pass" ...
