    Default Best ever cake!!

I am making a very special cake for a friend in two weeks and I can't decide what to make. The icing with be either buttercream or cream cheese frosting and I'm decorating with a few things but I'm still trying to decide in the inside. I want it to be the MOST delicious crowd pleasing cake

I'm thinking either red velvet or white choc mud cake. It doesn't need to be a mud cake though. So please hit me with your ideas of the best EVER cake

Generally a chocolate cake with choc frosting is a winner but for some bizarre reason a spiced carrot cake with cream cheese icing disappears very quickly especially at work morning teas.
