Smile FTM to 4 week old baby girl. Love to meet other mothers for walks, catch ups, vent ;)

Hello there I am 28 & a FTM to a 4 week old baby girl. I am hoping to make connections with other mothers in the local area / or Brisbane for chats either in person or online if that is easier for you. Just make 'mum' friends in general would be great. I am really new to this site so if you waned to email me at laurasampson2012@hotmail.com that would be great Thank you

Hi, just thought I'd let you know if you ask your CHN she'll put in contact with a group of 8 or so mums around the same age as you, bub and area you live. You meet with CHN for a few visits then make your own plans to meet up.

Our group is still meeting 19 months on. Its great.

That sounds great Emily! Although, the child health nurse I spoke to said that there was no more groups this year as it is end of year. So I thought I better try and find one on here.. But I will call them in the new year and see if they have a group then. Do you reckon that's the way to go?
